No doubt you will enjoy your stay at Margie's Coop, but make sure to take some time to explore the farm. There are rows and rows of Christmas trees and paths to explore. The whole Coop is your's to use. We have one part of a kitchen cabinet in which we store our supplies (it's locked).
Other things to note
Margie's Coop features a king-sized master bedroom with a private bathroom. There are two roll away cots in the closet with comfy memory foam mattresses. Bedroom Two includes a comfortable king‑sized bed, with a common full bathroom just outside the door. Bedroom Three has two sets of bunk beds (4 beds) with extra-long memory foam mattresses. There is an additional common bathroom across the hallway. The living room couches all have lay-flat recliners.
The main living area is an open‑concept living room with lay-flat recliners, dining room, and kitchen, perfect for gathering and spending time together. Outside, the wrap‑around porch is always a guest favorite.
For security, outdoor cameras are in use on the property.

Margie Lane loved her Coop! She and her husband Frank built this home in 1998 to finish out their life's journeys. While Frank loved anything having to do with adventure, (like flying and motorcycle riding) Margie loved staying at home taking care of chickens and mowing the yard. Margie was born in Carlisle, Iowa and moved to California where she met Frank. They were married in 1951 and moved to Arkansas in 1977. Many of their memories can be seen in the pictures adorning her Coop.
Jim (Margie’s youngest) and Karen Lane recently remodeled the Coop to what you see today, trying hard to preserve the memories of Frank and Margie.
The only chickens you will find at Margie's Coop are decorations and pictures. You might see some deer and humming birds, and maybe Moose (our Christmas Tree Farm Saint Bernard) wandering about outside.
