Short Term Rentals
In January 2018 we opened our Christmas Cabin for people to stay and enjoy Christmas year 'round. It has been a big hit as you can read from the gracious reviews. The biggest request we've received is the ability to rent during the Holiday season. Unfortunately, we use our Cabin for retail sales, evening get-togethers, and school field trips during November and December. Recently, we opened my Mom and Dad's old house on the property. At the East end of the farm is Margie's Coop: Country livin' on a Real Christmas Tree Farm! Margie's Coop is open all year. For bigger groups you can rent both homes at the same time. Jim and Karen are terrific hosts! The Christmas Tree Lane cabin was magical! Hidden treasures everywhere we looked. So creatively decorated! Clean and ready for us! Beds were super comfy! Fun time inside and out! Hidden mice hole and music and a fun I Spy Game! Jim and Karen were super communicators and very kind to answer all questions! The property was so beautiful and interesting to explore! Highly recommend Jim and Karen and this property! Wonderful!!! Thank you for sharing your special place with us!
I was traveling with a couple buddies and we came to Arkansas to do off-road motorcycle trails. Jim and Karen’s place was a perfect base camp. Plenty of room to park our cars and trailers. The house is spacious, well equipped, and beautiful. Jim and Karen replied to my messages within minutes. I have all great things to say about our stay, and if we come to the area again we will definitely stay here!
Great location near all of the historic sites and downtown Fort Smith. Easy drive to UAFS, restaurants, and shopping.
Super easy to check in and check out with really responsive hosts. We loved the vinyl selection and amenities that made us feel right at home.
